• Locomotive Homologation: Successfully managed the first Siemens Vectron and Smartron locomotive homologations in Turkey, setting the benchmark for rolling stock entry into the Turkish and Middle East market.
• UK-Turkey Hydrogen Train Project: Serving as the Project Manager for the “UK–Türkiye Hydrogen Train Cooperation” on behalf of the British Embassy. This involves leading a massive platform of 51 institutions and organizations to develop zero-emission rail solutions.
